Behind the sharp increase of China's auto industry production and sales,China's own auto brands and foreign auto brands competition intensified.Own auto brand cars in the market share of large cities is not high.Compared with foreign brands,there are still some gaps in the quality and service,still faced with a big and not strong dilemma.Automotive market customer demand is increasingly diverse.Customers and dealers hope to continue to shorten vehicle delivery cycle time and achieve opportune delivery of orders.The competition of the automobile market isn't the only price,quality and service competition,extends to the customer's buying experience and automotive business goodwill.How to shorten the whole lead-time of vehicle,eliminate waste,reduce costs,to achieve opportune delivery of commercial vehicles is the key to win the market for own brand automobile enterprises.In the market competition pressure,the F-Company(China's own brand automobile enterprise)have many production and management problems,such as parts inventory turnover cycle is long,the production cost is high,the vehicle sales order forecast is not accurate,the commercial vehicle can't be delivered on time and so on.Through the OTD improvement of vehicle order mode,production efficiency improvement,parts supply logistics and vehicle logistics optimization of lean practice,the F-Company explored a lean way to shorten lead-time improvement.The way has solved the F-Company in the vehicle manufacture efficiency,the supply chain management,as well as the commercial vehicle timely delivery's any questions.It's a certain innovation.The thesis is a special research dissertation.The view is to meet customer demand as the center,short the whole lead-time of vehicle based on lean thinking.It is an effective way to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises with own brand automobile enterprises.The author put forward the new technology is bound to promote the research on the short lead-time improvement,and it's becoming the focus of lean manufacturing.
