Deteriorating products is a great part in our life, which means the products will deteriorate, separate during storage. In real life, the corruption of fruits and vegetables is so common. These deteriorating phenomenon will greatly influences our inventory policy and cost control. The paper is about the replenish Strategy for the deteriorating items under supply chain management. According to the Classification of period, the whole paper can be discussed and divided into two modes of replenish strategy under the supply chain management.Firstly, replenish strategy research for the deteriorating items in the stable period. In the past, most of the supplying chain models are established in a static environment. This static environment means the demand is stable. However, the supposition for stable demand can only be validated for the product in the mature period and for the most situations the demand for Merchandise is in a time varying environment.Secondly, The collected and forecasting profit model was briefly introduced focus on a series of conditions such as limited inventory, stochastic replenishment periods, uncertain of whether lending stock and service level constraint. then determinate the optimal replenishment quantity and optimal policy and utilize MATLB real-time simulation to analyze how lending stock rate and stochastic replenishment periods effluence the profit.finally it is proved that model is validated to the policy.
