The article is to explore the overall performance of the state-ownedpower companies after restructuring. Firstly, giving an introduction oftheoretical basis of SOEs restructuring and summarizing the historicaldevelopment of domestic and international corporate restructuring ofSOEs.The article concentrates on the case company A to dig its restructuringprocess and the existing contradictions via financial statement analysishorizontally and vertically, including organizational structure changes, humanresource changes, changes in financial condition and so on. Besides,performance evaluation system including non-financial indicators is aninnovation. Finally, countermeasures against the weakness of reform willbe promoted to whole industry.
