Research On Finance Strategy Of Poly Real Estate Company

As the pillar industry, real estate has the important influence on our country’simprovement of economic. Real estate is the capital-intensive industry, so its developmentdepends on how to raise and use funds efficiently. That is to say, the development of realestate depends on its ability to make and carry out the correct finance strategy. In recent years,the chinese government has adopted the harsh monetary policy and fiscal policy to regulatethe real estate industry. As a result, financing environment and market condition of real estatecompanies become worse and uncertain, and many SMEs collapsed because of lack of funds.Under industry background and policy background, the real estate enterprises should paymore attention to finance strategy to adapt to the environment.This paper chooses Poly Real Estate Company as object, and hopes to provide thefinancial basis for the future development of Poly Real Estate Company and a reference forSMEs with the analysis of its finance strategy. Frist, this article uses key factor analysis andcomparative analysis to analyze its status of finance strategy and find its shortage. Then thispaper use PEST, Porter five force Analysis and SWOT to analyze environment and come upwith improved proposal of finance strategy. Lastly, this paper puts forward measure tosafeguard implement finance strategy of Poly Real Estate Company.
