| China’s retirement real estate has entered an important period of development opportunities.On the one hand,before entering the 21st century,China has entered an aging society,and the ageing rate has been rising year by year.Aging has become one of the hot issues in Chinese society.Old-age care has become an unavoidable topic.The long-term one-child policy has spawned a large number of "4+2+1" family organizations,which have great pressure on their children and reduce the feasibility of home-based care.On the other hand,the country has promulgated a series of policies and measures favorable to the pension industry in recent years,and has placed unprecedented emphasis on the pension industry,thus creating a huge market space for the pension industry.After Poly Real Estate joins the 100 billion club,it urgently needs to find new profit growth points to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company.Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper analyzes the external environment of Poly Real Estate,analyzes the macro-environment in which it is located,and uses the five-force model to analyze the pension industry.In the analysis of Poly Real Estate’s internal environment,we will make full use of corporate public information to measure capabilities and resources.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of Poly Real Estate,this paper adopts the SWOT matrix analysis to integrate the internal and external environment of the development of Poly Real Estate,and believes that the overall opportunities are greater than the threat and the internal advantages are greater than the disadvantages.The SO strategy that makes full use of external opportunities more closely matches the environment and resources that Poly Real Estate currently faces.It also promotes the implementation of strategic planning from the aspects of organizational structure,human resource allocation,financing,and brand building. |
