With the rapid development of China’s market economy, private enterprises also developfast, the number of the employee who run off enterprise is increasing in many provinces ofChina, serious job-hops will damage the market competitiveness, and it may lead to thedecline of enterprises.This article analyzes the status of the current job-hop of private enterprises, and thenanalyzes this problem from the view of psychological contract. In addition, based on theproblem of staff drain and from the view of psychological contract, this article selectsquestionnaire from private enterprises in ZouPing region to acquire data, and we explorefactor and marginal results increments as the main object of study to launch field survey, andthen obtained more reliable conclusions. Further analysis about the phenomenon of staff lossmeasures to curb staff drain phenomenon. In the analysis of ZouPing survey, through thecombination of statistical knowledge and human resources management, as well as thepsychological contract theory, we make the abstract factors more materialized, and enhancethe applicability of the conclusions of the study.From the psychological contract perspective, according to the three different stages–formative period, maintain period and develop period of the psychological contract, thisarticle puts forward the proposal that take different measures in different stages, Thus theemployees and enterprises can increase trustworthiness with each other. Meanwhile, from thefour reasons derived from field studies respectively, the measures were proposed to establishthe values of private enterprise employees, so as to effectively prevent the loss of staff. Finally,this article made a further summary and outlook, hoping that Chinese market economy candevelop stably and rapidly.
