Telecommunications industry as a leader in the national economy-based industries, the reform and opening up three decades of development achieved. At the same time since the National Post and Telecommunications sub-camps in 1998, telecommunications reform has gone through major changes in the reorganization of fourth. Changes each time the reorganization of the telecommunications business is facing many new problems, the staff deal with such changes in corporate mentality and psychological contract breach has not attracted enough attention.Article the use of psychological contract theory, the combination of FuYang China Unicom at the Fourth National telecommunications restructuring that occurred in the organizational structure, job and pay systems related to the changes in the vital interests of employees, an analysis of organizational change and employees of the relationship between psychological contract changes. The use of case studies, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires issued to employees, such as breach of the psychological contract research, an analysis of telecommunications restructuring and staff changes in the mentality of the impact of the relationship between the enterprises and employees, as well as the issue of psychological contract.Finally in accordance with psychological contract theory, combined with telecommunications companies to grasp the actual staff made a positive mindset,a reasonable psychological contract, the maintenance of a harmonious psychological contract to promote the process of organizational change and the proposed Countermeasures.
