Chinese oil companies have experienced the struggle and glory, now, the externalenvironment has undergone profound changes, in the face of domestic competitionenvironment, backward feudal lords vying for the throne of large foreign oil companies ahuge competitive pressure, the scale of business continues to expand, and the existingmanagement methods, and put forward the newer and higher requirements on businesscompetence, human resources management system and other modern management methods,"innovation and development" is the route one must take Chinese petroleum enterprises andthe management of the next few years theme. China’s oil enterprises must recognize theimportance of human resources management, must change the thinking and method of thetraditional personnel management, and real ascension and shaping the core competitiveness ofenterprises; the current petroleum enterprises are facing two common problem, one is the totalnumber of employees, is a structural shortage of personnel. Only a clear understanding of thecurrent situation of human resources, human resources management departments clearresponsibility and post responsibility, by solving the rational configuration of organizationand personnel, so as to improve and perfect the staff structure and the division ofresponsibilities, resulting in the formation of a new human resources management system, itis an important mission to the development of the petroleum industry.Therefore, we through the methods of empirical research on the situation of humanresources management in Sinopec oil company of Guangdong in-depth analysis and research.Based on theoretical analysis and reinforce the theory in the view of strategic human resourcemanagement in oil industry; decompose the problem of human resource management inSinopec oil company of Guangdong at present, the current situation and problems together,lay out the facts, clear its shortage; after dialysis two level management and the reality of thesituation, we have the fact that a large number of the source and content, and can have adefinite object in view of the proposed solutions and measures, would be established throughmatching relationship management strategy and human resources, which provide the basisand guarantee of the targeted Sinopec oil company of Guangdong strategic human resourcemanagement as we built up with. Finally, we constructed to simulate the real operation of strategic human resources management through specific processes, establish selection,appraisal, operation steps.
