Human resource allocation is the core content of human resource management,which determines the success of the enterprise.To realize the rational allocation of human resources,to maximize the advantages of human resources has been an important issue in the academic research.The rational allocation of human resources in petrochemical enterprises is not only a great impact on short-term performance,but also plays a very important role in the long-term development of enterprises.Therefore,business managers must from use,humanoid fit,dynamic optimization,people and post matching perspective,to identify perfect human resource optimization configuration is the most effective method.As much as possible to achieve a suitable person,give full scope to the talents,and the personnel match,reduce friction and thus will play the effectiveness of human resources to the maximum,finally realizes the enterprise sustained,steady and rapid development.Therefore,it is very important to attract and retain the human resources and to optimize the allocation of human resources.In this paper,a petrochemical company as the object of study.First of all,it explains the connotation of human resource allocation,principles and forms of in the analysis based on the current status of human resources allocation of a petrochemical company,and points out that a petrochemical company in the allocation of human resources existing staffing total surplus and shortage of local contradictions,to set up a labor organization is not scientific and part of the staff quality and job requirements do not match,high-quality compound talents indeed and serious loss of problem,and further from two aspects of internal and external analysis of the reasons for a petrochemical company human resource allocation problems.Finally,according to the existing problems,set up a petrochemical company human resource allocation optimization target,thus to explore the optimization program of a petrochemical company human resource allocation:strict vacancies application,examination and approval,the practice of post analysis technology,perfect talent assessment tools,trying to selection and appointment mode and establish and improve the training mode of practical and effective.Finally,according to the specific content of human resource allocation optimization scheme of a petrochemical company security measures are put forward,including establish and improve human resources management system,strengthen the talent team construction path,establish and improve staff career management system and cultivating excellent corporate culture.Through this research,we aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the human resource allocation of A Petrochemical enterprise;,improve the quality and competitiveness of the A Petrochemical enterprise' human resources management,and promote the development of A Petrochemical enterprise;.
