| In the21st century, the drastic changes in the external environment ismaking the competition among enterprises more fierce, yet the degree ofmastering human capital and human resources is a measure of the ability ofenterprises to stand out in the fierce competition. The training development andmanagement, as one of the six modules of human resource management, is aneffective means to educate staffs, improve efficiency, however, it is also an issuemany enterprises facing that how to make the training system more rational, thetraining contents more comprehensive, the training effect is more prominent.Through analyzing the Dongan Group original situation of new staffstraining system, the study summarized the main problem of the Dongan Group:The training mode was backward; lacking the appropriate training systems;lacking the training programs according to corporate strategy; the trainingcontents was incomplete, not targeted; the training teachers was fallen behind;the lack of effective training assessment and training effectiveness feedback andevaluation mechanism, and analyzed the cause from senior leaders point of viewã€the concept of human resource management and the will of employees toparticipate in training; then based on the modern theory of training managementand training needs analysis, reconstructed new staffs training system of theDongan Group, namely the "centralized management, Classification guidance,level three training, uniform assessment ".under the framework of new trainingsystem, the Dongan Group improves the training program, expands trainingmethods, compacts the training team, the implementation of standardizedmanagement, and establishes the level three training. Level I training, from theGroup training, are some training organized by the company, such as orientationand specialized training; level II training, which is responsible for supervisio nand guidance by the company, the departments implemented specifically; levelthree training, from department or team level, are some temporary trainingdepartment or team based on the staffs’ needs; Finally, in order to ensure thesmooth implementation of the new training system of the Dongan Group, thestudy would establish four safeguards, namely the participation and support from senior managers, institutional guarantee, Organization and resource guarantee,the mechanism of protection from corporate culture.Through the research, this paper found that the new staffs trainingmanagement system is the key factors to promote the rapid growth of newemployees and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and thecompetitive advantage. Although this study put forward the training systemdesigned method in connection with the Dongan Group current state, it stillpossesses the reference and guidance for other enterprises in the same industrywhen conducting the training system design and reform. |
