China’s retail industry is undergoing a transformation to the SHOPING MALLstage, with the rapid development of e-commerce and foreign large stores have entered,the store industry will face more intense competition.In the paper the research background, purpose, significance, summarizes thedomestic and foreign research status, the use of management science, human resourcedevelopment and organization development theory, to Z company’s employee trainingas an example to study the problem of employee training department store. From theage structure, education structure describes the human resource situation of Z company,analyzes the present situation of the staff training management of Z company and themain existing problems; improve the design of the Z company employee training plansystem, implementation system, performance evaluation system; finally, thecountermeasures and suggestions for implementing employee training system of Zcompany from the construction pay attention to the training of culture, integrate trainingresources, improve training management system etc..
