| Based on Harbin history, taking Russian culture as the theme, Harbin Volgamanor sets the functions of meeting, training, leisure and entertainment, culturesalon, wedding ceremony, activity of ice and snow and outdoor sports. As one ofthe national AAAA level cultural tourism resorts, Volga manor is not only thenational cultural exchanges base between China and Russia, but also one of theimportant projects of ice and snow and wetland tourism in Heilongjiang provinceand Harbin city. However, as a newly emerging tourism enterprise, it still facessome problems such as imperfect organization and management system, lackingof tourism talents and tourism management experience, not reaching the goal oftourism products and tourism brand construction, imperfect public infrastructureand tourism facilities and others. Under the external environment of the rapidtourism development, the urgent strategic tasks of Volga manor is to take a newlook of the enterprise’s growth strategy and competition pattern, to formulate andimplement effective development strategy and sales strategy in order toconstantly improve its competitiveness and profitability.Taking Volga manor as the research object, by means of the combination oftheoretical research and empirical research method, taking the relevantmanagement theory as the foundation, this paper reviews the evolution ofstrategic management theory, introduces the main analysis model of the theory ofstrategic management and has a large collection of data and further investigation.First of all, in the strategic analysis part, through the information and dataanalysis, using the strategic management tool----the PEST and SWOT analysismethods, this paper analyzes and evaluates the external environment andenterprise’s internal conditions, points out the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward the Manor’s vision, mission,management concept and strategic goals; Secondly, in the strategic choice andformulated part, based on the SWOT analysis results of the Volga manor, thispaper puts forward the differentiation, pluralism, centralization, low cost andcooperation win-win development, industry extension, service innovation, andmulti-level localization strategy; Finally, in the strategy implementation and guarantee part, this paper summarizes five aspects of implementation strategies,namely, the market promotion strategy, product strategy, promotion strategy,operating strategy and channel strategy, as well as eight safeguard measures forthe implementation of these strategies.This paper analyzes the development direction of the Volga manor on thestrategic height, hoping that the research outcome has value and significance ofreferences for the growth and development of Volga manor as well as domestictourism scenic areas. |
