Economic Research On Ecological Manor In Zuo Quan County

Ecological manor economy is a new type of agricultural business model,which is considered by many domestic experts as the golden key to solving the "three rural issues"problem.The ecological manor economy is derived from Zuoquan County in Shanxi Province.So far it has been developed for decades.After more than ten years of development,the ecological manor economy has achieved some achievements,but it has also encountered bottlenecks in its development.Based on the theory,this paper combines the actual situation of ecological manor for research and analysis.Through the study of transforming traditional agriculture,sustainable development theory,and economies of scale theory,the theory knowledge is combed;on the basis of reviewing the related literature on ecological estate economy,the concept of estate economy is defined;on the basis of field research,Using empirical analysis,relying on a large number of actual survey data and cases,we affirmed the achievements and benefits of ecological manor development.On the other hand,we found four practical difficulties faced by ecological manor economy:capital dilemma,market dilemma,and talents.Predicament and system dilemma.In view of this,this article through market research,through the market demand survey of Zuoquan ecological manor consumers,for statistical description analysis,analysis:Zuoquan County consumer demand for manor tourism,consumption potential,summed up the economy of the manor The choice of development path should be the integration of "agribusiness and tourism business".At the end of the article,the safeguard measures to improve the quality and efficiency of the eco-metropolitan economy are proposed,namely,establishing an effective financing mechanism,reforming the land system,strengthening the macro-management of the government,accelerating the cultivation of talents,developing the market,and expanding the brand.
