| In recent years, the rapid develop of China’s tourism industry promoted the industrial integration.Ecological tourism industry based on this has a good developing trend. At the same time, with the transformation of the tobacco industry, a lot of tobacco companies building their own manor, began to develop the tourism industry, then promoted the developing of characteristic manorial economy. Look at the Yunnan Province, the promote of then policy to strengthen tourism industry support for the development of manor economy and ecological tourism. Yuxi manor is growing up in such an environment,to be the first tobacco plantation, in order to obtain sustainable development manor, Yuxi estate management made to strengthen the function of tourism, and under the unremitting efforts won the honor of 2013 national ecological demonstrative area of travel, but it can not be denied, in the process of Yuxi manor’s tourism development still exist many problems.In this paper, we take the manor tourism with the characteristics of the manor economy and ecological tourism as the research object,combined with the cycle of economic theory, industrial convergence theory, sustainable development theory, made empirical research in manor tourism development path. First of all, clarified the research background, combing the manor economy and ecological tourism literature and defined the concept of modern manor economy,ecological tourism,manor tourism, ecological tourism demonstration area, also introduced circular economic, industrial integration, growth pole, the theory of sustainable development. Secondly, chose Chateau Lafite, Rochdale manor and Bo Lian Pu’er tea estates, the Great Northern Wilderness of modern agricultural park as cases, then analysed the four manors, and summarized the characteristics of their tourism development to provide a reference for the tourism development of Yuxi manor. Then, through to the Yuxi manor’s tourism development status, from the present situation, analysis Yuxi manor’s tourism development by SWOT. Finally, based on the preliminary research and questionnaire analysis results, then proposed the optimization of Yuxi manor tourism development path. |
