The domestic financial sector began opening up the development of the bankingindustry began to allow entry of foreign banks following China’s accession to WTO in2001.China’s financial market began full opening up from2007. After several years ofdevelopment, the competition of banking industry has been far from specific products,individual customers, charging level of competition, but the development of the brand,management, business strategy competition.In this paper, we choose Hana Bank Laoshan Branch to do strategic analysis,strategicchoice and strategyimplementation. In strategic analysis, the paper choose PESTanalysis, competitor analysis and corporate resources to study.The strategicpositioning arerisk control, target customer base, and financial management.Hana Bank ’s overall strategy to conduct a comprehensive analysis is that: the futuredevelopment of the RMB deposit and loan business will become the focus of foreignbanks in the short term.the cooperation between Chinese and foreign banks will be thetheme of the development of the industry. through systematic, standardized training andassessment for the rapid development of Hana Bank to provide the necessary humansecurity, to achieve its strategic expectations. Finally we develop a corporate strategy andstrategic for Hana Bank. Itwill bea favorable referencefor foreign banks in China.
