With the development of economic globalization, China’s growingintegration into the international economic system, the absolute valueof imports and exports among the best. Inspection and certification hasbecome an important link in the chain, as companies and products go outthe necessary steps, followed by the business needs of the inspection andcertification is also a multiple of geometric growth, China has becomea major international inspection group Top priority the development ofcorporate strategy, and inspection and certification industry, highprofit margins, low capital investment, good cash flow characteristics,so that the major test operations in the Chinese competitive within theregion has reached the white-hot level.In this thesis, a foreign inspection and certification bodies (BCChina) as the research object, the use of strategic management theories,at first analyses the BC China’s strategic environment in which, throughthe strategic management analysis tools, macro and micro environmentalanalysis environmental analysis to understand the environmentalsituation of BC China Inspection and certification. Inspection andcertification industry, the diversity of customer base and serviceproducts, uncertainty and a high proportion of new business and otherindustry characteristics, the specific application of Porter model ofcompetitive strategy inspection and certification industry, marketdemand, development, trade and technology competition in Developmenttrends. Followed by a comprehensive study of the BC China’s internalresources and the environment, the current internal resources strengths,weaknesses, challenges and opportunities combined with SWOT analysis toolto analysis the BC China’s situation of Chinese companies, focusing onthe basic situation of BC China, Its resources and capabilities, internalprocesses, market development, operation and the problems encountered inthe development, to identify the BC China strengths, weaknesses, threatsand opportunities.With inspection and certification industry, environmental analysisand trend analysis to determine the BC China’s mission, value, vision, and strategic, strategies include: the overall strategy, businessstrategy and functional strategy, the overall strategy of choice isintensive growth strategy, business strategy Is the difference betweenstrategy and focus strategy, functional strategies focus on: marketdevelopment strategy, technology development strategy, human resourcesdevelopment strategy, culture, strategy and brand strategy. Thusdescribes the implementation of the strategy and control. Analyze theprinciple of implementation of BC China’s strategy. The models,procedures and problems encountered in implementation, and control of theresearch strategy of BC China to control the approach and process.Research methods been used included the literature review, comparativeanalysis and analysis of induction, to explore the industry’s competitivedevelopment. Also, because of the practitioners in the industry for manyyears and research experience, be able to get a lot of practical experienceand data, using large evidence and data to look beyond the currentdevelopment of BC China, and explore business development goals,development strategy, and Implementation of the strategy recommendations.To develop long-term integrity of BC China development strategy to provideguidance, but also hope to compete in the current phase of high strategichelp. Taking into account the literature on the inspection andcertification service industry, little research, there is no ready-madetheoretical analysis, hope to provide theoretical and practical summaryof the inspection and certificate industry, also, to give support andguide for industries and enterprises on the inspection and certificationsystem.
