Overseas Competitive Strategy For XSJ Inspection & Certification Company

In today's highly globalized world economy,certification and accreditation are increasingly becoming the guarantee of bilateral and multilateral trade.With China's economic development and the gradual liberalization of foreign policies,more and more foreign-funded certification giants have entered China.Their internationalized operation and profound historical background have brought unprecedented pressure and challenges to domestic certification agencies.However,due to the rapid development of China's economy,domestic enterprises that are going out step by step urgently need the following technical and standard support,which has also become a rare opportunity for domestic certification agencies.Therefore,the gradual expansion of overseas markets has become a turning point for domestic institutions and a choice for many institutions.This paper mainly takes XSJ Testing and Certification Company as the research object and studies its internal and external environment.This paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external conditions of XSJ's overseas expansion,and summarizes the opportunities and threats the company faces.In the current development process of the company,the possible strategic choices are listed and the QSPM quantitative method is used to comprehensively evaluate the attraction of different strategies on SWOT analysis results,and the centralized strategy is determined as the overseas market expansion strategy that the company should adopt.Based on the current situation of XSJ Company,this paper analyzes and summarizes the safeguard measures that the company should pay attention to after adopting the centralized strategy.Since there is less research on overseas expansion strategies and plans of certification industry in China,the research in this paper will help XSJ itself and similar companies to systematically and comprehensively analyze the actual situation in overseas expansion,provide theoretical support for its decision-making process,and have strong reference significance for certification industry.
