With China’s rapid economic development, the issue of “agriculture, farmer, countryside” has become the key to national economy development. In recent years, theemergence of rural cooperatives brought real benefits to farmers, and the mode of“Connecting Agriculture with Supermarket” is an opportunity for rural cooperatives toleap ahead. Today,“Connecting Agriculture with Supermarket” has become an importantform of agricultural products in food circulation among cities and countries in china,“agricultural cooperative&distribution center&supermarket”is one of the mostrepresentative mode of the “Connecting Agriculture with Supermarket”, Recently, agricultural cooperatives, distribution centers and supermarkets of China are developingrapidly, and some key issues such as low efficiency and unfairness ration of profitdivision, so one of the key point is how to establish the cooperation and coordinationmechanism among agricultural enterprises. To achieve this goal, establishing alliance inthe agricultural products supply chain is a kind of effective management method, besides, the reasonable profit allocation and coordination incentive mechanism design is a keyresearch topic.Firstly, in this paper, we set up a cooperative game model among the agriculturalcooperative alliances through studying a three-level supply chain system which isorganized by the farmers, the agricultural cooperative alliances, and distribution centers.Secondly, we set up a simple cooperative game model for studying a supply chain systemwhich contains a distribution center and n supermarkets. The distribution center arrangesthe inventory resources corresponding to each supermarket through some proprietary andshared inventory capacities, and we show that such an inventory design can effectivelyimprove the profits for this distribution center and the supermarkets. Based on thecooperation mechanism among different agricultural enterprises, we use the Shapleyvalue, weighted Shapley value and Owen value of cooperative game to allocate the profitin the supply chain to each enterprise, respectively, and design three different kinds ofprofit allocation strategy. Our purpose is to provide the incentive mechanism design for the agricultural supply chain coordination.By constructing the two models, we expect improving the profit of the entireagricultural products supply chain and each agricultural enterprise, and realizing theagricultural products supply chain coordination and incentive mechanism design. In thispaper, the results will provide important theoretical basis and technical support forChinese farmers, agricultural cooperatives, distribution centers and supermarketsmanagement under “Connecting Agriculture with Supermarket”.
