In recent years, the electric bicycle become a new traffic tools which fuel,exhaustemission,energy consumption lowly and environment friendly.With excessive excellence,itgradually replaced the motorcycle and bicycle become a popular transportation tool.Compared to the MH-Ni battery and lithium ion battery electric bicycle, VRLA batteryelectric bicycle can meet the consumer demand in both performance and price. VRLAbattery electric bicycle occupies more than95%of the electric bicycle market. And moreand more people began to pay close attention to the electric bicycle spent battery reverselogistics in the background of the huge VRLA battery has Short service life and bringheavily pollution.What’s more, with the competition more and more fierce, resource willgenerate propulsive effect on the survival and development of an enterprise.Therefore, anelectric bicycle company should not only build the forward logistics network,but alsoestablish the reverse logistics network. Based on the above, this paper mainly studies theelectric bicycle company’s spent battery reverse logistic network construction.Firstly, this paper elaborating system theory theory, circular economy theory, greeneconomy theory, sustainable development theory.What’s more, this paper reviews reverselogistics network and expounded the related theories of extended producerresponsibility.Then put forward the basic ideas of reverse logistics network constructionfor the spent battery of the electric bicycle.Secondly, this paper analyzes the spent battery recycling logistics of the electricbicycle in china. And then describes the spent battery reverse logistics networkenvironment for Chinese battery bicycle company.Then use ANP to choose the optimalwaste electric bicycle battery reverse logistics operation model.Thirdly, basing on analyzes the spent battery reverse logistics network’s function andstructure and design the spent battery’s process, this paper build a reverse logisticsnetwork which considering investment cost,transport cost and storage cost for electricbicycle company’s spent battery. Then establishes a non-linear mixed integerprogramming model to optimize the network. Finally, in case of electric bicycle enterprise A, this paper choice its bigger dealer ofHebei province.Through investing and anylzing the destribution network and operationcondition for11city of Hebei, this paper collects enough data for selecting suitableoperation mode and constructing spent battery reverse logistics network.Then solving thenon-linear mixed integer programming model by LINGO to determine the repair centerand regenerated lead center’s number and position.
