As China’s economy continues to develop and continue to deepen the reform of thefinancial sector, insurance services more and more attention in our country has become animportant part of the service sector. Companies industry as the main infrastructure ofinsurance services, and is the source and the cornerstone of the development of insuranceservices, has a pivotal position. However, the service sector in some countries to relax thepolicy to make the company competitive industry growing, group of large-scale foreigncompanies occupy the domestic market, the economy is booming company, which the entirecompany is state-owned industries, especially the institutional nature of the company’sdevelopment form a larger impact. With the advent of evolving social and economic effects ofglobalization and the information age, the management in enterprise development and moreattention, and human resource management as a key business received more and moreattention, and its importance is increasingly highlights the same time, performancemanagement as a core part of human resources management directly related to the Company’soperating performance and achieve strategic objectives, the ability to make a stake in thecompany to stand out in the fierce competition, the company’s performance managementresearch both in theory and practice on has great significance.Through the use of literature, survey analysis, and interviews and other researchmethods to H insurance companies for the study, the analysis explores the lack of H insurancecompanies exist in the performance management process and reasons, and modernperformance management theory as a guide, the H insurance companies (state-ownedinsurance company) as an object of study, discuss and study its existing performancemanagement.
