Abstract:In the deepening economic globalization degree environment, internal and external challenges companies face increasingly tough competition talent gradually become the most important competition among enterprises. Human resource management in the enterprise management position gradually increased, plays an important role in the development of enterprises in the process. Compensation management as an important aspect to retain talent, has become the core of modern human resource management. Its purpose is not only to provide protection for personnel stable life, but also lay a good foundation for long-term development of enterprises. Needless to say, the establishment of an effective and reasonable remuneration for enterprise development management system, has become an urgent need for stable development of enterprises.First, this paper analyzes the theory of salary, and incentive theory, the forms of pay, development of performance pay theories were related comments. On this basis, proposed the establishment of job performance pay mode of thought. This paper mainly Shengkang company, as the object of study, the use of modern human resource management theory, modern compensation theory Shengkang company’s current compensation mode were studied. Based on the development process Shengkang company by the Secretary, the existing organizational structure analysis, focusing on human resource management salary mode was analyzed using a comparative analysis of other forms and questionnaires, found that the current compensation mode problems reasons and problems arising from a profound analysis, to arrive at the importance and urgency of the job performance-based pay mode. In this paper, the existing salary system problems on the irrational part of the improved design. And the implementation of improved job performance pay mode was predicted, analyzes the difficulties may be encountered in the implementation process, and put forward the corresponding solutions.Based on the Shengkang company Secretary job performance pay system redesign, in-depth analysis of the performance pay an important role in enterprise management, compensation design similar enterprises of a certain reference.
