Human resources is the first enterprise resources,which plays an inestimable role in the core competitiveness of enterprises.To further enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprises,a company optimized and reformed the human resources by implementing a three-dimensional a,b,c optimal allocation model.In the whole process of reform,how to scientifically and reasonably divide the post into a,b,c three levels is the core issue,which is the main purpose of this paper.The realization of post grading management can make enterprises better control the total optimization of human resources,human resources allocation,help to strengthen the main business,improve economic and social benefits.This text aims at researching the method of the company's post value evaluation,based on the problems of human resources,combining with the actual conditions of the company.Mainly on the premise of post information collection,based on the job analysis,select factors with certain independence,which can fully reflect the value orientation of enterprise operation as evaluation indicators.The index of the post value evaluation is divided into four categories: the connection class,the communication class,the complexity class and the knowledge class,and elaborated on the index process.On this basis,utilizing the scoring method in post value evaluation,a set of evaluation model of job value applied to the company is designed.In accessing the post value,the evaluation committee assigns the four types of evaluation indicators into the post value evaluation model and calculates the post value evaluation score.Based on the score,the posts will be divided into amebic three categories according to certain principles.In the practical application link,a production plant affiliated to the company is selected as a pilot.After a large number of tests,it is considered that the research on post grading management in this paper is valuable.The post value score calculated by the model in this paper can reasonably determine the value and distribution of the post,and provide reasonable support for reasonable distribution of salary talent competition and work integration.This result makes the company's human resources optimization and reform work carried out smoothly,and also provides a broader exploration space for the company to establish a multi-form coexistence of labor employment system in the future.
