With the accelerating development of China economy, electricity demand continuesto grow and electric power supplying enterprises have also been developing rapidly. Thelarge consumption of traditional energy sources, not only results in the rapid depletion ofour traditional energy resources, but also causes serious environmental pollution, whichrequires that we must vigorously develop clean and renewable new energy. In order toensure the development and application of new energy, construction and operation ofpower supply networks are faced with many new challenges. The continuousimprovement of intelligence and flexiblity of the supply network has become animportant part of the supply network construction to accommodate distributed energybetter. This trend makes the election project of the grid and capital investment continueto grow. At the same time, the strong momentum development of power supplyingenterprise makes post-evaluation research necessary and urgency.The post-evaluation research of major construction projects has entered a moremature stage, but the post-evaluation research on technology of power supplyingenterprises is very lack. Up to now, people have not found a rational, comprehensive anduniversal indicator system. And previous studies mainly emphasis on static method anddo not form a scientific dynamic method. To solve this problem, this paper proposes amethod based on the ideal interval variable Matter Element Model, and establish thepost-evaluation index system of technology projects of power supplying enterprises fromthe five areas of the degree of realization of the project objectives, the technical level,economic, social and sustainability. In order to reflect the relative importance of indexitself and the state of the balance of the elements in comprehensive evaluation, using theactive participation of the evaluation object and the variable right theory to determine theevaluation index weight. This model uses ideal interval method to calculate the postprogress between objects to be evaluated and evaluation criteria. Finally, case studies arecarried out effectively, making a good practical application.
