After the reforming of the housing system in our country, State changed the oldhousing material distribution system to the marketization and monetization housingdistribution; This reform measures vigorously promoted the rapid development of thereal estate market in our country, make it to be the backbone industry of our country’seconomic growth. At the same time, the related production factors such as land,became scarce, the scarcity and the investment of production elements led to theshortage of house in supply, prices are rising, the rise in housing prices in some citieseven has deviated from the rational growth range. The high house prices forced mostresidents "market", at the same time, because of the limited investment channels andinflation, It have been increasingly difficult for low-income groups to owe a house.Compared with the low-income groups, due to adequacy capital, rich ones haveplenty of investment channels, their money rushed to the real estate market, and theyaccess the asset returns from the housing price growth; The gap between the rich andthe poor gradually widened due to the real estate wealth effection.In this paper, analysis our country house price fluctuations on the influence ofthe gap between rich and poor from the perspective of interregional differentiation,the full text try to divid our country into three parts such as eastern, central andwestern, respectively to study the affects of the three parts of the house pricefluctuations on the gap between rich and poor, and the degree of the affect. And usedsome of useful theory to analyze how the house price fluctuation affect the the gapbetween rich and poor.In empirical research, first of all, decided to use “Hu Zuguang’s simple and easy calculation method in gini calculation”to calculate the ginicoefficient after reviewed relevant literature, after reviewed some relevant figuresthat released by the bureau of statistics in our country, we used the simple method incalculation gini coefficient of the28provinces from2003to2010, at the same timewe collect relevant figures of the28provinces and regions from2003to2012, such asthe average house price and capita disposable income, at last, using the EVIEWS6.0software to test the unit root of house prices and the gini coefficient,test panelcointegration and granger in three areas. By the end of the article, according to therelevant theoretical research and empirical analysis, proposed four related policySuggestions to improve China’s house price fluctuations.
