To promote economic and social sustainable development, the old towns and rural areas in many regions have been re-mediated by adopting the advanced experience of other countries and regions. A lot of money needs to be ensured to make the project smooth and the commercial bank plays a very important role during the course. C bank is one of the four big traditional state-owned commercial banks in our country. In its early days, C bank involved in the construction of infrastructure of the country, and have rich experience and advantages in urban construction project loans.Land remediation project loan is one of fixed assets project loans of commercial bank, credit risk assessment is the first step of project loan business for commercial banks. Project risk assessment is significant, which can provide a direct and reliable reference to lending decisions for commercial banks and can also provide the direct detailed analysis of risk elements and then to summarize in a scientific way on the rational model. This thesis, starting from the theoretical basis of project evaluation and risk assessment, in combination with Gaoqiao Village land remediation loan project evaluation analysis of C bank, summarized the main points of project loan evaluation and analyzed the possible risk points. It is to set up an evaluation index system under the Analytic Hierarchy Process (A.H.P) and comprehensive evaluation theory and put forward suggestions of risk prevention by using the method of quantitative analysis to evaluate the risk of the project. The perceived risk, evaluating risk and controlled risk can be achieved on the above basis. |
