The nuclear power industry, as a strategic emerging industry, Whose speed andprospect of development is directly determined to science and technology innovationcapacity; Moreover related to the core competitiveness of my country’s economic innew century. The rapid development of our country’s economic and the increasinglytense of energy supply, nuclear power, as a clean energy and maturity of itstechnology, just to satisfying the urgent request of state for energy and theenvironment. At the same time, our country has market advantage to developingnuclear power industry and the government also encourages its development.However, the innovation ability is not strong and technology is not advanced ofnuclear power industry at present stage. Therefore, how to strengthen the nuclearindustry collaborative innovation ability and improve their cooperativeinnovation performance having important theoretical and practical significance.Focusing on influencing factors of nuclear industry synergistic innovationperformance, this paper tries to explore ways to improve the synergistic innovationperformance by controlling key influencing factors. The whole paper is divided intothree parts: theoretical part, empirical research, countermeasures and suggestions.In the part of theory, the evaluation for synergistic innovation performance andinfluence factors of industrial synergistic innovation are generalized on the domesticand foreign scholars. On the basis of absorbing the predecessors’ research results,combined with the development present situation of nuclear power industry and thecharacteristic of synergy innovation in our country, we put forward from the strategicsynergy, organization synergy, information synergy and policy factors to study thecooperative innovation performance of nuclear power industry. Further we putforward the research hypothesis and research model, namely the strategic synergy,organization synergy, information synergy and policy factors have a positive role inpromoting cooperative innovation performance, collaborative innovation benefits and cooperative innovation efficiency. And put forward the theoretical model ofcollaborative innovation performance influence factors of nuclear power industry.In the part of empirical, first of all, through on-the-spot interview and questionnaireinvestigation of the typical nuclear power enterprises to get first-hand data. Thenconduct reliability test, correlation analysis, regression analysis and factor analysis,etc by SPSS19.0. So as to identify the key influence factors, the biggest influences ofthe nuclear industry synergy innovation performance is policy factor, followed byinformation synergy, strategic synergy and the last is the organization synergy.In the part of countermeasures, according to the empirical part of the conclusion,this article put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to promote synergyinnovation performance of nuclear power industry from the policy level, theinformation level, strategy level and organizational level.
