Research On The Relationship Among Dual Synergy,Dynamic Capabilities And Innovation Performance

The globalization of market competition and the increase of environmental uncertainties have made the competition among enterprises intensify.The dynamic hypercompetitive model has gradually evolved from the initial static competition model.Dynamic competition requires companies to have strong dynamic capabilities to cope with.At present,it is difficult for companies to rely on their own internal strengths and resources to achieve good results in innovation.They must break through the boundaries of the enterprise to further expand the scope of information,knowledge and resources acquisition.Hence,it is meaningful to explore the proposition that how to push the dual synergy mechanism of internal and external networks in the process of innovation,further enhance the dynamic capabilities of enterprises,and promote the improvement of enterprise innovation performance.It can not only enrich the theory of collaborative innovation and dynamic capability,but also provide corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for Chinese enterprises to improve dynamic capability and innovation performance through double coordination and coordination.This paper takes internal network synergy,external network synergy,dynamic capabilities,and innovation performance into account and focuses on exploring the relationship among them.The data of 206 smples collected through questionaires were analyzed.The research results show that:(1)Internal network synergy and external network synergy cannot directly promote the improvement of innovation performance,but need to indirectly promote the improvement of innovation performance through dynamic capabilities.(2)Resource integration and opportunity perception capabilities both make a mediating difference to the relationship between double synergy and Innovation performance,but organizational restructuring ability doesn’t play the same character.(3)There is a synergistic effect between dual synergy,and this effect has an active influence on the improvement of corporate dynamic capabilities and innovation performance.Finally,the author comes up with several countermeasures and advice on how to promote dual-synergy construction,enhance dynamic capabilities,and improve innovation performance.At the same time,the author looks forward to the inadequacies and future research directions.
