The analysis model of this study introduced, for the first time, the tourists’ attitudes towards the ecotourism. In order to achieve research goals, this study had used principal component analysis, cluster analysis, cross analysis, travel cost method, double bounded dichotomous choice method of contingent valuation method. Questionnaire surveys were implemented in Liugongdao National Forest Park in August2012. Research goals concluded analysis of tourists’characteristic, ecotourism attitude, ecotourism demand, and the willingness to pay for non-use value of ecotourism resources. The main results include:1. Liugongdao National Forest Park should adverse itself more through the newspapers and magazines, resolve the problems such as tourists crowding and improve the service and management.2. Tourists considered the ecotourism developments in Liugongdao National Forest Park should:(1) protect natural resources;(2) imporove local people’s life;(3) reduce the impact of tourism on the nature environment; and (4) set the carrying capacity for tourists.3. According to the different ecotourism attitudes, visitors in Liugongdao National Forest Park could be grouped into three:(Ⅰ) the group of environmental concern;(Ⅱ) the group of multi-concerns;(Ⅲ) the group of nature resource concern.4. Most of visitors in Liugongdao National Forest Park were more concerned about the travel costs, or had the backgrounds of better income, satisfied for the service or more consciousness on the conservation of environment and resource.5. From the view of whether ecotourism could bring the largest tourism benefits, the future direction for Liugongdao National Forest Park might need to care every aspect of tourism development.6. Tourists’willingness to pay (WTP) for the non-use value of ecotourism resources in Liugongdao National Forest Park, were affected by many factors. Tourists had higher WTP for the Bequest Value. The tourist group of multi-concerns, or more environment concerned, had a higher WTP.7. The ecotourism benefits in Liugongdao National Forest Park was estimated at least$700million per year. The non-use value of ecotourism resources in Liugongdao National Forest Park was estimated at least$500million per year.
