Research On Intellectual Capital Evaluation Of Hualan Biological Company

:With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, global economic growth has undergone a fundamental change. Talent, intelligence, innovation, customer loyalty, organizational culture, and other intellectual capital factors have taken the place of material resources, money and hardware devices, becoming an important strategic resources enterprise value appreciation.The evaluation of intellectual capital is is the core part of intellectual capital operation and management.To establish reasonable and effective intellectual capital indicators and assessment process is the key to accumulation and development of enterprise intellectual capital, and its value-added implementation.As a high-tech industry, biological medicine is a kind of knowledge intensive, high technology content industry.Intellectual capital plays an indispensable role in enterprise value creation and performance improvement.This article analyzes the present situation and problems of performance evaluation of Hualan Biological Intellectual Capital from the perspective of AHP and fuzzy evaluation method.First, it bases on the research of the current situation at home and abroad of the evaluation of intellectual capital,this paper constructs the intellectual capital evaluation system from the four aspects of human capital, structure capital, relationship capital and innovation capital. Second,comparing domestic and foreign intellectual capital evaluation method.this paper finally chooses the AHP and fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate intellectual capital.Last,this research investigates the applicability of AHP-fuzzy evaluation method in the Hualan biological intellectual capital evaluation, and then puts forward some suggestions of Hualan biological intelligence capital value,on the other side, provides reference for evaluation of intellectual capital at home and abroad.
