The Comparative Analysis Of Financial Performance Between Hualan Biological And Tiantan Biological

The pharmaceutical industry involves people's disease prevention and treatment,Health and Maintenance,which as an important industry in the national economy and the people's livelihood,plays an"escort"role in the process of national health and economic development.Along with the upgrading of people's living standard and the increasing demand for medical care,the pharmaceutical industry has attracted more and more attention,and plays a more and more important role in the national economy.Its profession state of operation is worth paying attention to and the research.From the perspective of financial management,this paper studies the financial statements of two pharmaceutical companies of Hualan Biological and Tiantan Biological from 2012 to 2016.Compared with their balance sheet,income statement and cash flow statement in the major financial data and financial indicator.The article,from "profit creation-cash creation-creating value-rish management-grow up," angle,to explore the similarities and differences between Hualan Biological and Tiantan Biological in financial management and business model using three-dimensional analysis method.The study aims to examine the Operating advantages and problems faced by Hualan Biological and Tiantan Biological behind the excavation of financial statements.In this paper,as the best in the blood product segmentation industry,Hualan Biological and Tiantan Biological are excellent performance in asset structure,gross margin level and debt management.During the financial reporting period,influenced the industry attributes,the external competitive environment and the focus of investment and operation of the two companies,Hualan Biological is better than Tiantan Biological in terms of interest-liability management and profitability,while Tiantan Biological is better than Hualan Biological in terms of cash flow management.In view of the restriction and influence of future national macroeconomic policy and economic development on the pharmaceutical industry,is not enough to predict the future of Hualan Biological and Tiantan Biological.It is hoped that this paper will give inspiration and confirmation to the future development of Hualan Biological and Tiantan Biological.The paper is divided into four parts and eight chapters.The first part(introduction,the first chapter and the second chapter)mainly as the basis and significance of the topic.The second part(the third chapter and the fourth chapter)mainly for the industry and the introduction of the two companies,including the pharmaceutical industry current situation and development trend,management model,core-competitiveness,internal and external threats,financial data for this years of Hualan Biological and Tiantan Biological.The third part(the fifth to seventh chapters)mainly for the decomposition analysis of financial index system,three-dimensional analysis of financial statements,major financial indicator of Hualan Biological and Tiantan Biological.The fourth part(the eighth chapter and the ninth chapter)compares the financial policy and strategy matrix for the above analysis results,and gives the overall evaluation,conclusions and suggestions.
