Enterprise organization structure is the venation and interaction between the various components of an organization which for the attainment of its'aim.Enterprise organaization theory is not abstract.but practical. The design of corporation's organization structure directly affects the efficiency of the organization.From 1980s to now, Xinjiang's enterprises have a high-speed development resort to the superiority of natural resources, policy and work force, that have an important and unique effect on Xinjiang's development of national economy and raise of people's living standards. In the process of Xinjiang private enterprises'growing up, there always have a collision between the organization structure and the enterprises'progress. At that time, we should analyse the structure and find out the problem, then we can put the proper and effective reform of organization structure which make the organization structure could adapt to and support the enterprises'further development, so it could enter the next growing stage.In this paper, basing on the summary of the related theories of organization structure design and reform, combining the every stage real characteristics of of enterprise's life cycle and the example of Xinjiang MaiQuEr Limited Liability Corporation's organization structure reform, we make a concrete discussion.The thesis is composed of seven chapters:The first chapter is about the background and significance of organization structure reform, as well as some researches of the organizationl structure and the innovation of this paper.Chapter two is about enterprise organization theory.Chapter three is about the partition and discrimination of the enterprise's life cycle, quantitative analysis the stage that the enterprise be in and private enterprise's organization structure character.Chapter four is about private enterprise's organization structure reform, then analysis the reason for the reform.Chapter five is about how to put the private enterprise organization structure reform into practice, incuding establish the model, analysis the obstruction, summarize the opportunity, the participator and the procedure, the supervision and the evaluation.Chapter six is about the case analysis. This part brief the situation of Xinjiang MaiQuEr Limited Liability Corporation's organization structure in every stage from the beginning to now, and design a rational organiazation structure reform based on the problem we have found;moreover, this part put forward the proposal and assumption to the further development of the corporation's organization structure.diaper seven is about the countermeasure and assumption to the Xinjiang private enterprises' organization structure reform. In this part, we find the reform destination and chose the reform pattern based on the analysis of the case and the principle of design, then we could put forward the proposal which could give Xinjiang private enterprises'further develop an impetus.
