| In the1990’s, China created the first Free Trade Zone, Shanghai waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. since then, the number of the Free Trade Zone increased a lot and the scale expands constantly,those Free Trade Zone have made great contribution to our china’s rapid economic growth for several years. Those Bonded Areas help to attract investment,to promote the export trade,to introduce foreign advanced technology and management technology.The Bonded Areas played a key role in such aspects as to drive the domestic employment. After China’s accession to the WTO, the integration of international economic deepens a lot. at the same time, our country has further opened to the world, however Bonded Areas in China are faced with the threat of losing policy advantage. Due to various historical reasons, the Bonded Areas in our country has many congenital deficiencies, such as the Bonded Areas are in badly need of unified law and the management are mixed and disorderly,what’s more the positioning of it is not clear etc. The Free Trade Zone faces severe challenges due to those problems.In the first part of this paper is the analysis of the necessity of the transition from bonded areas to Free Trade Zone. Then I summarize the theories of foreign free trade zone and get a review of the history of free trade zone in our country. The next part is the analysis of the factors which contribute to the success of the foreign free trade area, in this part I take the free trade port in Hamburg, Germany as an example to explan what contribute to the success of a free trade zone.Having known what factors contribute to the success of a free trade zone,we get several enlightenments about how to develop our bonded areas and this study helps to promote the bonded areas transform to free trade zone. The fourth chapter focuses on the specific situation and innovation content of China Shanghai free trade zone,in this part I mainly discuss the innovations such as management innovation, tax and financial innovation,in china (shanghai) pilot free trade zone. Finally, the paper puts forward several suggestions for the transition of banded areas,these suggestions include policy Suggestions and functional Suggestions.The conclusion of this Article is that the transformation of bonded areas to free trade area is imperative.In order to maintain competitive advantage in the fierce competition in the world economy, china must become more integrated into the world market,the transformation needs to speed up and the upgrading process of bonded area in our country should be promoted. In the new round of world trade tide,china should take the opportunity to establish free trade zone to cope with the fierce competion in the world market. Because the internal factors such as location, industrial structure, the level of development,of the bonded areas are different, the transformation and development of China’s bonded zone are determined by their specific situation.we should take these measures to ensure successful transformation and upgrading of our country’s free trade zone. |
