| :In recent years, the rapid development of bio-pharmaceutical industry present the trend of concentration, and gradually formed a bio-pharmaceutical industry cluster.Practice has proved that the biomedical industry cluster is one way to achieve sustainable development.In this paper industrial economics, strategic management and other related theories and methods are used to sduty the development Strategy of bio-pharmaceutical industry in Hunan Province.The paper reviewed the theoretical and practical aspects of domestic and international bio-pharmaceutical industry on issues related to research and achievements,compared the Chinese bio-pharmaceutical industry development to the Western countries and summarized useful experience,analyzed the macro environment of biomedical market,analyzed the biomedical industry in Hunan Province comprehensively by SWOT.On this basis, the paper focused on the development of bio-pharmaceutical industry in Hunan Province’s strategic objectives and positioning,paper argues that the biomedical industry in Hunan Province should choose the path of industrial clusters,and then discussed from the stage and problem and superiority.There are five areas,human resources, industrial optimization and training, finance, taxation and capital introduction, independent research and innovation, public service plat to protect bio-pharmaceutical industry development strategy Hunan smooth implementation. |
