Research On The Synergetic Development Of Venture Capital Clusters And Strategic Emerging Industrial Clusters

China is in a critical period of economic structural transformation.Labor-intensive industries are gradually replaced by knowledge-intensive industries.Strategic emerging industries,which represent core science and technology,become an important means to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial structure and change the mode of economic growth.Industrial cluster is an effective path for the development of strategic emerging industries,while China's strategic emerging industrial cluster is in infancy,and there are a series of problems for start-ups,such as lack of efficient operating capital,professional management,and a good competition and cooperation mechanism.At the same time,because the government support for science and technology in strategic emerging industry is poor,risk sharing is imperfect,and the main financial support policy,which is indirect financing from bank,is lag,small,and inefficient,the development demand of science and technology is not meet.The synergetic development model between venture investment clusters and strategic emerging industrial clusters in Silicon Valley brings enlightenment to our country.Venture investment clusters bring the solution to the lack of financial deficit and low conversion of technical achievement in strategic emerging industrial clusters.In China,the distribution of two clusters is imbalanced between east and west,especially focused in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong.According to analyze the development mechanism of the two clusters,the aim is to find a path of synergetic development of double clusters,and utilization of financial service entities to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in all regions of China,promote the coordinated development of regions and achieve high-quality economic growthThis paper innovatively use the simultaneous equation model to analyze the synergetic development mechanism of 30 provinces in China,which reveals the two clusters develop in synergy is better than develop alone,and discover a path to realize the two clusters synergetic development.This paper makes the pertinent literatures review,based on the cluster theory and Synergy theory,this paper analyze the synergetic development mechanism of the two clusters.Meanwhile,this thesis also collect related data,which is from “China Statistical Yearbook”,“China Statistics Yearbook on High Technology Industry”,“China Financial Yearbook”,ZERO2 IPO Database,to measure agglomeration levels of the two clusters in 30 provinces in China.And then,this paper establish the simultaneous equation model to quantitatively analyze the interaction between the two clusters.The following research conclusions are obtained from the research:(1)There is a big gap in the synergetic development of double clusters in various regions of China.(2)There is an obvious interaction between China's venture capital clusters and strategic emerging industrial clusters.(3)The input of innovation elements has obvious retarding effect on the development of clusters.(4)The related service industry has no obvious influence on the venture capital cluster.(5)Regional environment has a significant effects on the development of the two clusters.According to the conclusions from the research,the policy suggestions to improve the synergetic development between the two clusters are presented:(1)Strengthen the communication of dual clusters pattern among regions.(2)Build an interactive and shared culture of dual clusters.(3)Increase the input-output efficiency of innovation factors.(4)Improve the quantity of service industry,and relieve the information asymmetry of the two clusters.(5)Create an environment to form a dual clusters pattern..
