Chengdu-chongqing Economic Zone Industrial Convergence Study

In quite a long time, Chengdu and Chongqing didn’t by virtue of their geographical proximity, complementary advantages, favorable conditions for the formation of a close division of labor between the competition than cooperation between the two places, but in the conditions of the market economy-oriented economic separation of to Chengyu two places can only be alone, lost a lot of opportunites for development.The industry is an importment factor of regional economic development, it always represent the level of regional economic development, reflecting the quality of the regional industry. To promote regional economic integration, is to speed up the Chengdu-Chongqing region to fight for the fourth pole of economic growth in China.On the basis of the theory of industry merge, the theory of regional economic integration and industrialization theory as a foundation, objecting to promote the industrial integration of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, firstly we introduce domestic and international industry convergence based on the current research; secondly, comprehensive specific analysis the necessity and possibility of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone realizes the industrial fusion. at last through econometric model to analyze the economic zone in the industrial structure and economic growth, and then introduced the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone industrial development and industrial fusion status, and then from the perspective of different industry put forward industry integration path choice, and proposed the security industry to realize the integration of the relevant policy measures.
