Study On Cost Management Of Subway Construction Project

ABSTRACT:In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, cities have been expanding, the growing travel needs of residents has brought enormous pressure for urban transport. Because the subway is convenient, fast, comfortable, etc, there are a growing number of cities are building or build their own metro project. On the construction side, on the one hand, the climax of subway construction will bring more opportunities, on the other hand, will face greater challenges. With the growing number of construction companies, competition is fierce all day. How to manage the construction cost will directly affect the survival and development of companies, the companies could rely on scientific and technological means, technological innovation, improve the management level, to reduce project costs, improve economic efficiency ultimately under meet the safety, quality and duration of the premise.From the perspective of the construction side, combined with the characteristics of the subway project, the problems about the cost of subway construction project management process is analyzed in the thesis. Based on the Target cost management theory and The overall cost management theory, using the analogy estimation method, target costing method and other etc. The author analyzes the cost management points of the various stages and makes the cost management measures about various stages and all aspects. The author uses the method of combining of theory and practice and interspersing with a number of cases in the theoretical analysis to study the typical cases about the subway project cost management. The author summarize their experience and advanced management methods which will be good guidance to subway construction project management for the present and future, but also a good reference significance for other large-scale construction project cost management.
