With the development of reform and enterprises'business, power generation enterprises, monopoly in long-term, figure out that enterprise culture is important to enterprises'development, especially its sustainable development. Therefore, many power generation enterprises built their private business culture. However, how to found a scientific, comprehensive enterprise Culture evaluation system and how to evaluate the overall effect of enterprise culture effectively are key issues in it. In order to offer reference to adminsters to enhance the quality and standard of enterprise culture; moreover, specific objectives for enterprise culture management, culture construction evaluation system for power generation enterprises, including quality control of enterprise culture constrcution process, as well as the enterprise culture constrcution effect is presented based on theoretical studies and enterprise investigation. The multi-hierarchical grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP(Analytic-Hierarchy-Process) is proposed, and the evaluation software system was designed and developed. Research work is demonstrated as follows:Firstly, the research findings of enterprise culture evaluation at home and abroad, the problems during the enterprise culture construction process, as well as the enterprise culture characteristics of power generation enterprises are studied, which provide some references to design the culture evaluation system.Secondly, aiming at the problems in the enterprise culture construction process and its characteristics, the culture evaluation system is presented, including evaluation of enterprise culture construction process and its effect. The enterprise culture construction process is analyzed based on the PDCA(plan-do-check-on) cycle. Then the evaluation index systems consisting of spirit, behavior, institution and visualization was proposed.Thirdly, comparing several existing evaluation methods, the AHP method is used to evaluate the weight of the evaluation foctors for culture evaluation system, as a multi-target and multi-rule complex system, with many qualitative indexes. At the same time, by analyzing a variety of comprehensive evaluation methods,the multi-hierarchical grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is ascertained to evaluate the enterprise culture construction process and effect to obtain a optimized output. Fourthly, on the basis of theoretical research and enterprise investigation, the enterprise culture evaluation software system which integrates system maintenance, basic information maintenance, index systems maintenance, evaluation questionnaire management, evaluation management and help is designed and developed.Finally, a case study in a hydropower plant in Sichuan province illustrates that the evaluation system meets the hydropower plant's requirements successfully; moreover, the problems existed in the hydropower plant were found and some proposals to optimize its culture were presented based on this evaluation system.The goal of enhancing the enterprise culture management level is achieved.
