E-commerce is becoming increasingly popular in China, and is growing at a very fastrate. In2010, China’s network retail turnover amounts to523.1billion RMB. And it rose bymore than100%in recent three years, accounting for total retail share of above3%. In thefirst half of2011, the network retail turnover has grown to340billion RMB, accounting fortotal retail share of above4.7%. More and more electronic business advertisement themselves,establish the electronic distribution system by internet technology. About61%of enterpriseshave set up websites according to “research of logistic information technology in2010â€.The rapid development of E-commerce brings a lot of opportunities to the growth ofthird-party logistics. Domestic TPL corporations are facing perfect development opportunity,at the same time will have to face the unavoidable challenge of the domestic trouble andforeign invasion. More domestic TPL corporations realize the unbalance of growth ratebetween E-commerce and TPL. It becomes very urgent for TPL corporations to integratevarious resources and increase comprehensive strength, so as to take advantage of the rapidgrowth of E-commerce.Firstly, this paper introduced the third-party logistics concept and the method of thecomprehensive evaluation of TPL companies. Presented the relationship between3PL ande-commerce enterprises are interdependent and promoting each other. Establish the indicatorsystem of evaluation. This paper employed FAHP to identify the weight. Then come to theconclusion that under the environment of e-commerce, TPL corporations should put greatattention to customer service and information system.In this paper, ZJS is taken as a case to check if the weight of index given is reasonable,using Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment by questionnaire method to collect the relevant data.The index weight model is proved to be reasonable and we can make several relativesuggestions according to the model established. |
