As one important part of people’s daily consumption, thesafety and quality of vegetables influence each individual. However, the dinner-table risk andcrisis of food confidence, which are caused by events such as high percentage of pesticideresidue, the harmful materials exceeding the standard and food fraud happening everywhere,leading to the residents being worried and the daily thing of having meals become a headache.Moreover, the circulation situation of vegetable industry in our country is very difficult toensure that vegetables can transport quickly from vegetable production areas to residentswhile the quality factors such as fresh level of vegetables are losing during the transportation;At the same time, the safety problems of vegetables can’t be traced back in whole journeys,which means vegetable industry is hardly to achieve clear accountability system like otherindustries do, deepening the chaos of vegetable industry. Food is not only the thing to satisfyappetite but also the energy source for people dealing all the works. Therefore, there are greatpractical significance and broad application prospects to study the specific situation and theexisting problems of vegetable industry in China, use modern methods and techniquesespecially from the aspect of modern logistics to achieve the optimization of vegetableindustry and solve the problem of vegetable safety.According to the specific environment of vegetable industry in Hefei, this article makesanalysis on current circulation of vegetable industry; Based on the theory and concepts ofmodern logistics, this article makes a Baumol-Wolfe model, which achieves the goal of theleast transportation costs, to calculate the location choosing problem of the proposed logisticsdistribution center and achieve the optimization of vegetable industry on the aspect oflogistics. In the meantime, in combination with the reality of economy life, this article makesa preliminary study on the reform opportunity of vegetable circulation mode and the changeof status on the different circulation node in vegetable industry in the environment of supplychain management by using the method of game theory. When dealing with the original data,this article upholds the principle of the validity and practical of data, in order to make sure thesuggestions and advice to the logistics optimization of current vegetable industry according tothe evaluation results can be effectively combined with the reality and expects to provide theway of thinking and basis to help the logistics optimization of current vegetable industry. |
