Since the reform and opening up, China’s rapid economic development, people’s livingstandards and quality has improved steadily, and the people’s demands for food quality withimproved quality of life and improved. The author’s ownparticularity departure from the supermarket, are discussed based on the status quo of China’sfood supply chain development superiority supply chain quality management and the currentthrough the analysis and comparative study examples, the overall situation for the currentsupermarket food safety management in our country, make some theoretical demonstration.Based on this, the author unfolds from the following aspects.In the introduction, the Institute is doing a concise set forth herein, the main contents ofthe background, purpose and significance of the research, and based on research to sort out inorder to find an appropriate theoretical and practical basis of the research work in the study. Ialso do research on the related article briefly famous scholars, in order to find inspirationtheory. In addition, the main contents of this paper, innovation research methods and articlesof this chapter are presented one by one. In the second part, first to clarify what is the foodsupply chain, what is the quality of the food supply chain management, food supply chainquality management what are the main content and features. After doing the basic premise ofthe theory, then the Chinese supermarket food safety and briefly describes the main problems,by analyzing the Chinese supermarket food safety risks factors explored between direct andsupply chain quality management and food safety that exists supermarket and complexrelationship. In the third part, the author mainly based on China ’s food safety supervisionmechanism, starting from the primary regulatory model to study the current problems thatexist in the supermarket food safety supervision by a comparative analysis between thedeveloped countries, to find Chinese food safety regulation in supermarket and the gap between the developed countries, so as to improve the supermarket food safety regulatorysystems and mechanisms to contribute to China. In the fourth part, the author on how toimprove Chinese supermarket food safety regulation provides some measures, mainly fromthe every aspect of the supply chain, mainly to improve the supermarket food safety standards,the development of market access system of food, establish efficient logistics pickingsupermarkets offer their views to help build a self-regulatory mechanism, establish regulatorymechanisms inside and outside of the supermarket food safety and other aspects ofmanagement and control; system, increase management of food circulation.With the development of society and economy, supermarkets gradually throughout everycorner of the city, and is gradually expanding to rural areas, become a major position in urbanand rural food sales.It can be said supermarket food safety not only directly related to the lifeand health of the interests of consumers, but also the relationship between the stability of thewhole society and the state the long-term stability. By analyzing argumentation, supermarketfood safety management hopes to get more people’s attention, so as to establish a more robustregulatory mechanism supermarket food and work.
