Research Of Food Safety Status Based On Supply Chain In Gaomi District Of Shandong Province As An Example

According to national conditions in China,this paper compares the experience of food supply chain management and food safety management in developed countries in Europe and the United States with China,analyzes the root causes of the gap and finds out the measures,techniques and methods that can be used for food safety supervision.Taking Gaomi City as an example,the investigation of food safety cases and the sampling inspection of food business units were analyzed according to the food sampling situation in 2006-2018.It is found that the number of food safety incidents in Gaomi City is decreasing year by year,and the number of food hygiene cases and over-range business cases has dropped significantly.However,the production and sale of counterfeit and shoddy foods and the use of additives exceeding the standard still exist,and the number of cases of excessive residues of pesticides and veterinary drugs was serious.The problem of illegal use of highly toxic pesticides and excessive use of antibiotics in the upstream and downstream of the food supply chain was still severe.The rate of non-conformity from food processing companies has increased and it is necessary to continue to strengthen supervision of food safety.This paper analyzed the causes of the safety of food supply chain in Gaomi City in 2016-2018,food processing and food circulation and storage processes are easiest to cause food quality and safety issues.Sampling unqualified food items mainly due to chemical hazards,which may be caused by artificial addition or excessive use of chemical additives by food producers,related with food processors and distributors.There are also some problems in supervision,such as the existence of weak regulatory power,many difficult points,and heavy tasks.This paper puts forward suggestions on the existing supervision mode of food supply chain safety in Gaomi.First,we should increase the emphasis on the food supply chain,strengthen the responsibility of the main body of food supply chain safety supervision,strengthen organizational leadership and put food supply chain safety supervision into the important agenda.Second,we should expand the scope of supervision of the food supply chain and implement global supervision.Third,we should innovate management methods,strengthen the supply stage,production stage,sales and storage of food raw materials,change supervision from the traditional industry supervision to the process dynamic supervision and management of all links in the food supply chain to ensure the safety of the food supply chain line and with the smooth safety of the points of the food supply chain.Finally,we will tighten supervision chain,create a full-scale supervision mechanism and weave a food safety net to achieve information sharing and food safety traceability,improve the actual work efficiency of food safety supervision,and reduce the cost of human,material and financial resources.The practice and exploration prove that the food supply chain safety supervision mode has obvious achievements,and the accuracy of the work of reporting and investigating,case settlement,and supervision coverage is very high.From the perspective of food supply chain,strengthening food safety and quality management has become an advantageous way to monitor food quality and safety.The research results will be helpful to promote the practical application of supply chain management theory in the food industry and its safety field,and provide theoretical basis and reference value for food safety supervision in other counties(cities,districts).
