The advent of knowledge economy, the development and management of humanresources has become the basis and core of modern enterprise management. Andhuman resource management in the establishment and operation of the hardest thingswas the effective employee performance evaluation, a scientific performanceappraisal is the premise and foundation of effective incentive management, correctunderstanding of the employee’s job performance, and the employees job performanceand employees income, career development, vocational training and other organicunion, to effectively motivate staff, retain staff has a positive effect.In recent years, China’s household paper industry along with the economicdevelopment, population increase and the improvement of people’s living quality andrapid growth. China’s household paper market demand, has maintained a rapid growthmomentum, paper and other kinds of paper papermaking enterprises is life newcapacity investment hot spots. With the development of our economy and thespeeding up of urbanization and internationalization, potential market demand willcontinue to release, paper for the life of this sunrise industry a huge space fordevelopment.For an hui JN company employees as the research object, the study of enterpriseemployee performance appraisal, through enterprise work of investigation andinterview. The employee satisfaction of JN company in an hui survey as thebreakthrough point to analysis and diagnosis of enterprise performance evaluation thestatus quo and existing problems. And insufficient understanding of the purpose ofperformance appraisal, unreasonable design of assessment index, primary andsecondary is not divided into performance appraisal the effect is not obvious.Feedback information in time, objective, and the result of lack of necessarycommunication, performance appraisal results not really play a role of incentives, etc.In this paper, on the basis of investigation and research, from establishing andperfecting the an hui JN company employee performance appraisal perspective. Inview of the problems found in put forward the solutions from the following aspects: toset up scientific performance view; improve the enterprise performance evaluationsystem, performance appraisal system and the integration of corporate culture; to do agood job of training personnel, improve the level of performance appraisal work,strengthening the communication and feedback in time, efforts to improve employeeperformance, performance appraisal and remuneration effective linkage, together toform effective incentive mechanism.This article innovation: The theoretical research results of the first rich privateperformance effect assessment. After the study of the literature found that althoughfor enterprise performance evaluation system of research, but research on privateenterprise performance evaluation system one of the few. Most of the literaturefocused on state-owned enterprises, private enterprises as the backbone of China’seconomic development, but the researchers and managers not enough emphasis onprivate enterprise performance evaluation system. The author hope that through theirown research, in the form of theory combining with practice, expand and enrich private enterprise performance evaluation system of research results, provide theorysupport for the reform of private enterprises. The second empirical approach methodis adopted. This paper mainly studies the current performance evaluation system ofprivate enterprises and problems. This paper will investigate the status of performanceappraisal questionnaire by company personnel. The use of empirical results to showthe status of the enterprise objective performance appraisal system to makesuggestions for improvement programs for more rationality. The third researchconclusion has high promotion value. Private enterprises as the backbone of ourcountry economy development, how to reasonable use of human resources, fullyarouse the enthusiasm of staff, has been the focus of concern and research. Personnelperformance appraisal on the company present situation investigation and analysis.Especially on the analysis of the problems and countermeasures research will help theprivate enterprise to promote the level and efficiency of human resource managementwork, for the long-term and stable development of private enterprises to providehuman resources guarantee.
