So we should find the best way to recruitment the suitable people which would lead the enterprise to success. The traditional human resource recruitment always paid attention to the external factors which included knowledge, skill and so on. What is more, the situation such as halo effect and decency effect would also appear when we had the audition. So we must excavation the intrinsic qualities of candidates in order to recruitment suitable person, who would not only have responsibility but also have better attitude at right an interest. The competency model may be the best model to choose to solve the question. But the competency model had a defect which was the model lack of quantitative analysis and verification. In order to recruitment the suitable person that based on the competency, we must filter the competence one and one time. Exactly, the paper introduces the theory of competence and human resource management, and then put the project managers as the example, in which three parts were divided to have a depth study.Firstly, the paper gave sixteen competence entries throw the competency dictionary and references. Based on this, we have a exploratory factor analysis which was the study on the sample one. Across the analysis, the paper use principal component analysis and the eigenvalues which should greater than one. At the same time, the paper got help from the statistical software named SPSS19.0to analyze the data. The result showed that the competence of project manager could divide into two parts that were the ability of management skill and the intrapersonal characteristics. What is more, we build the structural model based on the competence.Secondly, with the help of statistical software AMOS17.0, the paper made a confirmatory factor analysis for the competency structural model. In addition, the paper also judged the effectiveness of the project manages on structural equation model, in which we would use SEA and MLE to explain the model. During the process, we should introduce the data two as the source of sample. At the same time, considering the effect of parameter error, the paper gave out the standard range of fit index.Finally, considering the coordination between enterprise and project manager, we used evolutionary game theory to have a further research. In another, the paper made a detail explanation on the stability of enterprises and project manager, which was in the help of evolutionary game matrix, evolutionary game equation and evolutionary equilibrium point. The result showed that, in different probabilities, the enterprise and project manager would choose different tactics. |
