To enter the knowledge age, the competitiveness of businesses is determined by the quantity and quality of the employees. Therefore companies have increasingly emphasized on the recruitment of excellent staff. The staff recruitment is an important way to absorb talent, is also an important guarantee for the enterprise to achieve the long-term goal. However, there are a lot of bilateral information asymmetry phenomenon in the recruitment process. The information asymmetry phenomenon are both very unfavorable for recruiters and candidates. Therefore, the paper elaborates the information asymmetry in the type and the effect of the enterprise staff recruitment, analyses the influence factors in recruitment market, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, so as to provide theoretical guidance for enterprise staff recruitment.In the conditions of asymmetric, the recruitment of enterprise staff is the game between recruiters and candidates. Therefore, this paper puts the evolutionary game theory into the research of the recruitment of enterprise staff, uses the evolutionary game to analyze the information asymmetry in the recruitment of enterprise staff from the participant’s bounded rationality perspective. This article studying on the domestic and foreign enterprise staff recruitment in the asymmetric information problem and evolutionary game theory, reviewing and summarizing the basic theory, is to in-depth analysis of enterprise staff recruitment information asymmetry phenomenon and influence. Described the comparison of evolutionary game theory and classical game theory, evolutionary game theory can be applied in the problem of information asymmetry in the recruitment of employees, and it provides a theoretical basis for this study. The evolutionary game model on Human Resources Recruitment Information Countermeasure Analysis and rendering system phase diagram, further analysis of the impact of enterprise staff recruitment information asymmetry factors and theoretically point out how to control these factors. Introduced the use of MATLAB simulation program and drawing phase diagram of the model, thus validating the recruitment of asymmetry of the information in the evolution of the correctness of the model and pointed out that the effect of the recruitment market reached a steady state factor. In view of the actual problem of human resource recruitment information asymmetry, proposing based on the state and enterprises point of response measures, it purpose to reduce the enterprise staff recruitment information asymmetry phenomenon, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the recruitment of enterprise staff.
