Research On The Influential Factors Which Rural Migrant Workers Tend To Buy Houses In Work Place

At present, our country is in the stage of accelerated urbanization, more and morepeasant-workers moving to cities. But objective reality shows that peasant-workersbuying houses are mostly restricted by many kinds of conditions. What’s more,peasant-workers have not yet be covered by the city’s public housing security system. Asa result, housing contradiction is growing. This situation has aroused the concern of thegovernment and the society from all walks of life. Peasant-workers can’t really enjoy thesame treatment as urban residents become the main block of citizenization of peasantworkers in the city. The purpose of this paper is to find out the factors affecting the housepurchasing intention of peasant-workers and its extent，so that provide some relativeadvices for peasant-workers buying houses in the cities they work and some reference forgovernment making relevant policies.In this paper, based on the spot investigation data collected from37counties inJiangxi province were analyzed. Specific steps is to collect literature and information,and then respectively through the normative analysis, correlation analysis and binarychoice model on the influencing factors of rural migrant workers in the workers’ purchaseintention for different level analysis.Conclusion this study for the following:(1) Personal characteristics of migrantworkers in the workers’ significant influence on the buyers’ dispersion of migrantworkers age, gender and personality type variables passed the test of significance.(2)Family characteristics are positively related to the migrant workers’ willingness topurchase, mainly manifested in migrant families land circulation will affect theirpurchase intention.(3) Workplace characteristics is one of the important influence factorsof peasant workers’ purchas intenxion, significant variables including’ enterprisemanagement level, relatives and friends, and cultural environment.(4) Migrant workersjob satisfaction is one of the main influence factors influence buyers’ migrant workers.Finally, based on the study and put forward some countermeasures: Labor outputneeds to speed up the reform of land and land circulation, tissue migrant workers toparticipate in job training and home business; Standardization of labor input fields thegovernment needs to build ’, improve the purchase ability to pay, to carry out thedifferent scale of migrant workers differentiation in policy, intensify the building ofaffordable housing; Society and the enterprise needs to help migrant workers to build theinformation service platform, help migrant workers control the purchase risk, establishorganization of migrant workers, construction workers apartment.
