| As China’s new situation of great development, great change and great adjustment is accelerating, the improvement of rural labor productivity leads to more and more rural labor flowing into cities, which not only makes outstanding contributions to urban economic development and prosperity, but also becomes the main force of urban construction. As a region with a low urbanization rate in China,Guizhou province has a large number of rural population,a large amount of migration, and a difficult task of citizenization. Therefore,it is very important to study the relevant factors affecting residence intention for the citizenization of migrant workers in Guizhou province.Firstly, this paper constructs a framework model of rural migrant workers’ willingness to live in cities. The model shows that there are demographic factors, flow factors, economic factors and social factors that affect their willingness to live in cities.Secondly, empirical analysis was conducted based on the dynamic monitoring data of floating population in Guizhou province in 2011,2015 and 2017 and the questionnaire of housing intention in Guiyang. In the empirical analysis, the data of 2011,2015 and 2017 were firstly compared and analyzed from the four dimensions of demographic factors, flow factors, economic factors and social factors, and then the crossover analysis and Logistics regression analysis of the 2017 data and the questionnaire of Guiyang were conducted. The empirical results show that the quality of housing has the greatest impact on residence intention, followed by the time of residence in the city.At the same time, the gender, marital status, monthly family expenditure, whether there is a homestead in the domicile place and the nature of industry and other factors of the interviewees all have significant influences on the willingness of migrant workers to live in the city.Dynamic statistical analysis, cross analysis and Logistics regression analysis were used to analyze the intention of migrant workers in Guizhou province to live in city and its influencing factors. The sample structure of migrant workers in Guizhou province is used to analyze the comparative analysis of their permanent population and flow type, flow range and residence time, employment situation and urban housing situation in time section data.It is found that the rural migrant workers in Guizhou province who are both from home and abroad are more willing to stay in the city.According to the results of empirical analysis, the following countermeasures are proposed.(1)improve the attractiveness of cities and stimulate the housing demand of migrant workers;(2)implementation of relevant housing security measures to solve the problem of housing;(3)address the problem of disposal and withdrawal of homestead due to local governance;(4)improve the ability, quality and skills of migrant workers and increase their income;5)we will improve the public service system, accelerate infrastructure development, and promote family migration. |
