With the continuous development of China’s economy and the deepening of the new medical reform, China’s construction of affordable health care system has made a rapid development. Suzhou City, with its strong economic strength and continued exploration of the medical security system, has achieved integration of urban and rural medical security at the end of2012,which has important implications for achieving the goal of co-ordinating urban and rural health care, and promoting the process of urbanization theoretically throughout Jiangsu province. So has the new reform been achieved the desired results after its implementation more than two years? Is there any reference significance on other areas in Jiangsu or even in the whole country? This is to be checked.In this study, with the background of the integration of urban and rural medical in SuZhou, the study enrolled500human subjects,respectively, through questionnaires seeking behavior of the insured person’s choice, and the Senate surety awareness of new policies in Wu Jiang District of Su Zhou. It takes the descriptive analysis、 single-factors analysis and multivariate regression analysis to deal with the find questionnaires so that we can learn the level of satisfaction and find the change on seeking behavior.We find that the investment of health resources is increasing year by year, which meets the health needs of more insured people. Health care system improves the overall satisfaction with the insured medical services and achieves a equitable use of medical resources between urban and rural residents. Besides, it also proves the significance of the urban and rural medical security integration. But there are still some issues to be resolved:such as weak advocacy policy, and irrational use of health resources.
