Problems And Countermeasures In Equipment Management Of The Oil And Gas Field For Wenchang Operation Company

:Equipment Management is a comprehensive discipline. With the introduction and application of theory and method of foreign enterprise equipment management, domestic scholars are actively exploring and the position of the equipment management in business management has gradually improved. Although the theory has been widely applied since1949,some management experiences and ways are success combined with China’s national conditions,but also there some problems.So,it is necessary to carry out further research.In this paper, firstly,we introduce the development process of Wenchang Operation Company and the domestic and foreign advanced equipment management theory. Secondly,on the basis of the equipment management present situation,the paper points out the problems of the equipment and the causes. Lastly,we give the solve countermeasures and solutions.The general idea includes the development of objectives and principles of problem solving,establishing the framework and improvement measures.The measures include six aspects:equipment basic management,daily management,repair management,test management,change management and inventory management.Through the establishment of a complete set of equipment repair standard system,the company promote standardization management, staff management, and through the implementation of a series of measures of security program.
