| Abstract:In recent years, the Management of distribution network has become the "short slab" of the power grids development in China. Researches showed that execute the whole process management of Distribution Network is the key point to optimize the Management of Distribution Network. By means of improvethe efficiency of planning and investment can enhance the development quality of distribution network. Through in-depth analysis of the development situation of SZ distribution network can found that with the transition of economy and the SASAC carry out EVA to assess State-owned Enterprises, SZ power Grid Corporation can not use the previous development model which use large-scale investment to support the rapid development of an enterprise. The only way to solve the problems of SZ Power Grid Corporation encountering now is to carry out the refined management of distribution network planning. This method can also improve the economic benefit and social benefit of SZ Power Grid Corporation. So how to optimize the Management of Distribution Network planning, how to avoid the ineffective and inefficient distribution network investment and adapt to the development of SZ distribution network? They are all urgent problems that we need to research and solve.At the beginning of this paper, it introduces the comprehensive evaluation,grid management and lean management theory. Through in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the management of SZ distribution network planning, and according to the basic management principles of distribution network planning, the paper addresses the optimal management objectives and optimization ideas to designs a grid management system of distribution network planning. Then the paper further elaborates the specific content and implementation processes of grid management in distribution network planning. Combines the analytic hierarchy process, gives a verification system of grid management in distribution network planning. And also gives a management method to execute this grid management from three dimensions:risk, performance and cost management. Furthermore, the paper applies this management system into the specific cases of SZ distribution network planning, doing a case study and demonstrate the feasibility of this grid management system in the specific management of SZ distribution network. Finally, the paper gives a safeguard mechanism for grid management of distribution network planning from two aspects:organization structure and information system. |
