In resent years,China international project contracting business is in a period of rapid development,a large number of Chinese project contracting enterprises are actively participating in international businesses,and have had a certain scale. Furthermore,we have noticed the situation under covered by the fast-growing turnover is that the market share we have is limited in Africa and Asia.The thesis analyzed the feature of international project contracting market and regional markets,integrated with the resource capabilities,put forward the overseas market expanding strategy of TJ corporation.First,the international project contracting market was analyzed.We discussed the common feature of the market,integrated with the development in the market of Chinese enterprises,put forward the reasons why limited of the market share and failure cases of international projects are low comprehensive competitiveness, losing low-cost advantage,and been restricted by domestic market.Then using Algeria east-west highway project which was a representative project of TJ corporation as the object of study,elaborated the operating conditions in specific market of TJ corporation,analyzed the advantage and inferiority of resource capabilities,helped lay a foundation for drawing up marketing stratge.Finally,we studied the overseas market expanding strategy of TJ corporation. We elaborated the necessary improvement of administrative and strategic measures in recent international project contracting market,particularized the target regional markets and targeted market expanding strategy of TJ corporation.
